1. Heating diesel and coolant: Heat diesel to 45℃~56℃ to wash and remove external anti-rust oil; at the same time, heat water to above 90℃, continuously pour in from the water jacket outlet, and flow out from the drain switch on the side of the cylinder body (or the water pump inlet), continue for 2~3 hours, and shake the crankshaft intermittently to dissolve the anti-rust oil on the piston top, cylinder liner surface and other places.
2. Clean the oil pan and change the engine oil: Clean the oil pan with clean diesel and replace it with new engine oil.
3. Check the cooling and fuel system: Clean and check the cooling and fuel system, fuel injection speed control system, water pump, starting transmission system, etc., and add enough clean cooling water and sufficient starting battery.
4. Check the oil and fuel supply system: Check whether there is oil leakage at the oil pipe and pipe joints, and check whether the oil level in the oil pan meets the specified requirements; check the fuel supply system to ensure that the vent holes on the fuel tank cap are unobstructed, the fuel grade and oil volume meet the requirements, and the fuel injection is good and there is no oil leakage.
5. Check the water cooling system: Check whether there is enough cooling water in the water tank, whether there is water leakage at the water pipe joints, whether the impeller of the cooling water pump rotates flexibly, and whether the transmission belt is properly tight.
6. Check the lubrication system: Check whether there is oil leakage at the oil pipe and pipe joints, and whether the height of the oil level meets the specified requirements.
Through the above steps, it can be ensured that the diesel generator set can operate normally after unsealing, avoiding failures caused by oil seals not being removed or the system not being cleaned.
