3. Check and replace lubricating oil: Check the lubrication system of the water pump unit in a timely manner and replace the lubricating oil as needed. Under low temperature conditions, the original lubricating oil may thicken, affecting the lubrication effect. It is necessary to ensure the use of lubricating oil suitable for low-temperature environments to maintain the smooth operation of the water pump.
4. Check the sealing and valves: Regularly check the sealing condition of the water pump to ensure that the sealing components will not leak due to shrinkage or expansion under temperature differences. At the same time, check whether the valves are working properly, especially the vent valve and drain valve, to ensure that they can respond quickly when needed.
