Determine installation location: Choose a well ventilated, dry, dust-free, and non corrosive gas and steam environment as the installation location for the generator set. Ensure that there are sufficient air intakes at the generator end and good air outlets at the diesel engine end.
Prepare installation tools and materials: Prepare the necessary installation tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, level rulers, etc., and ensure that various specifications of steel meet the design requirements, using galvanized bolts and corresponding accessories.
Technical preparation: The construction drawings and technical data are complete, and the construction plan has been prepared and approved. Organize construction personnel to familiarize themselves with drawings and plans, and conduct safety technical briefings.
Basic production: Determine the elevation and geometric dimensions of the concrete foundation according to the design requirements and product technical documents, and reserve anchor bolt holes for the unit on the foundation.
Handling and storage of the unit: The unit and other electrical equipment are generally packaged in boxes. When handling, attention should be paid to lifting and placing gently to avoid collisions. If it needs to be stored outdoors, the box should be elevated to prevent rainwater erosion.
Open box inspection: Clean the dust and inspect the box for any damage before opening the box. Be careful not to damage the components when opening the box, and check all units and accessories according to the unit list and packing list.
