1. First of all, when assembling the injector, the technical workers must install the assembly standard to prevent inadequate assembly. Be extra careful when installing the fuel injector insulation sleeve. It should not be too loose or too tight. If it is too loose, there will be a gap between the fuel injector and the insulation sleeve, and the insulation effect will be greatly reduced, which may easily cause the fuel injector and the insulation sleeve to burn. If it is too tight, the fuel injector will feel oppressed. Under the combined effect of thermal alternating load and high-pressure load of fuel injection, the head of the fuel injector will break, the needle valve will be stuck and oil will drip. So you must grasp the degree.
2. When a diesel generator is just turned on, it is best to run it at idle speed for about 10 minutes. When the weather is cold, warm it up first and then accelerate to 1500 rpm. When it is idling, the engine body is still relatively cool, the pressure is small, and the diesel is not burned completely, which makes it easy to form carbon deposits, which will block the injector nozzle and cause blockage.
3. Clean the injector nozzle scientifically. The position that is easy to affect atomization should be the outer surface of the injector nozzle. It is recommended to use a carburetor cleaner.
4. Do not clean carbon deposits under normal circumstances.
5. Do not use inferior diesel. When buying diesel, don't be greedy for cheapness. Diesel is of inferior quality. If it is not clean and contains small particles, it is easy to block the injector nozzle and wear the injector nozzle needle valve, causing the engine to run unsteadily. The main symptoms are: black smoke and severe shaking of the engine body. When these problems occur, stop the machine for inspection.
