1.The curvature of the carbon brush must match the surface of the collector ring, otherwise it must be ground.
2. Main components such as rotors, end caps, machine bases, collector rings, carbon brush groups, etc. must be handled with care to avoid deformation due to impact.
3. The disassembled parts must be properly stored in a container, and should not be lost or thrown away at will.
4.When removing the bearing, the bearing and bearing cover must be properly covered with clean paper. Do not let dust fly in. If dust has already accumulated, all lubricating grease must be replaced.
5. After installing the motor, gently rotate the rotor by hand to check for any friction noise or lack of flexibility in rotation.
6. The removed wire ends should be marked, and when reinstalling, they should be connected one by one according to their original positions, and must not be connected incorrectly.
7. The end cap screws and magnetic pole screws must be crossed and screwed in multiple times at the same time, and one cannot be tightened first before the others.
